FoxServer uses a perpetual per-seat license model. One-time payment, no mandatory subscriptions.

License types

Each license is per developer (seat). Choose the quantity your team needs.

1 seat	499 EUR	One developer. Personal or freelance use.
4 seats	649 EUR	Up to 4 developers on the same team.
8 seats	799 EUR	Up to 8 developers on the same team.

Perpetual license

The version you buy works forever. Annual maintenance (optional) gives access to new versions and priority support, but is not required to keep using the product.

How to install the license

Purchase a license in the customer portal.
Download the foxserver.lic file (available in the Licenses section of the portal).
Copy the file to: C:\Program Files\FoxServer\config\foxserver.lic
Restart FoxServer.

Startup information

On startup, FoxServer displays the license status in the console:

What happens when it expires

Scenario	Behavior
Trial (30 days)	The server stops starting. Purchase a license to continue.
Maintenance expired	The current version keeps working. You cannot install new versions until you renew maintenance.
