The license includes product updates for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Maintenance renewal is optional and billed annually.
A thirty (30) day trial license is offered per product and per email. The trial license requires registration and email verification. Once the trial period expires, you must purchase a commercial license to continue using the software.

All software, source code, documentation, and associated materials are the exclusive property of the Provider and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a license does not transfer any ownership rights over the software.
The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
The Provider reserves the right to revoke licenses in case of violation of these terms. Revocation will be notified to the license holder and takes effect immediately.
