We offer a refund period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. During this period, you can request a full refund without needing to justify your decision.

Upon receiving a refund, the associated license will be revoked and will no longer be valid. You will not be able to continue using the software with that license. If you wish to use the product again in the future, you will need to purchase a new license at the price in effect at that time.
Maintenance renewal payments are also subject to this refund policy. If you request a refund within 30 days of the renewal payment, you will be refunded the full amount and your maintenance expiration date will revert to the date prior to the renewal payment.
Trial licenses are free and non-refundable, as they do not involve any payment.
